After submitting your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Once you receive this email with the shipping information, you will find detailed information that will allow you to track the progress of your order. We offer a 30-day return period during which customers can return their order without giving a reason. This period is 30 days from receipt of the order. Please note that the return must be made within this 30-day period.
Return policy
All returned products must be unworn and in perfect condition, including all labels.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returning an item is easy! Here's how:
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@gmcmasters.com stating that you would like to exchange one or more products.
- Our team will send you return instructions immediately.
- Follow the instructions to complete the return process.
After returning the products to us, you should receive a refund within 14 days of the products arriving at our warehouse.
The progress of the return can be tracked via the tracking system of the selected transport company, which will indicate the date of arrival of the package at our warehouse. The 14-day processing period begins at this point. You will receive a notification once the return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to three days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you have not received a refund within this time, please contact us via our contact page.
